Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping to customers in the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7–18 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your delivery. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with 1b Store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and, whenever possible, in its original packaging. Before returning any product, please contact us at contact@1bstore.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and provide the appropriate next steps.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Additional time may be required by your bank or card issuer before the funds appear in your account.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not charge a restocking fee.
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product according to this policy and place a new order.
